Creation means thinking that you have a lot of control over your own life.

There are people who are creationist (not the religious ones) who don’t like evolution, because it implies that everything kind of just happens to us. The reason why you survived is because of random mutations in your DNA.

Let’s say we take two identical kids and we put them in a snowy forest. One we are going to teach how to make fire, and the other not. Who do you think is going to survive?

The point is that transferring knowledge and vital life skills is infinitely more important than evolution, which is a static and slow process — especially when life changes fast. And knowledge is not visible in DNA. It’s not visible in physical traits. So that’s a completely invisible layer within every species walking around on this earth.
