Then That Becomes Your World
Imagine your brain has room for 1,000 thoughts.
If you fill your entire brain with nothing but misery, you'll also end up having a lot of thoughts about misery.
So it's also important to fill your brain with good things.
It doesn't have to be everything, but at least a few hundred should be good ones.
The same applies to psychiatry: if you're busy with nothing but misery all day, that's also what you get. There is no laughter in it. Anyone would become extremely unhappy in psychiatry.
People with ADHD operate at different speed settings. They either move very slowly or very fast.
The average Joe spends more time operating at around 70%.
You can fill your head with 1,000 thoughts.
If all you see is psychiatry, that becomes you. All your thoughts become that. So balance is essential. You start thinking only in terms of psychiatric diseases, not in terms of obstacles.
