At the most basic level, do you have a lot of energy right now, or very little?


I give each snippet of energy within myself its own line.

Imagine that ADHD symptoms are visible for 8 hours a day

15 minutes are caused by sexual energy

another part by suppressed emotions

and so on

what you are actually seeing is many different things stacked on top of each other

The next question is: how is that possible?

It is because people with ADHD use energy differently

They tend to save their energy until they do something they find deeply important

Then they use more energy than average

So ADHD is a confusing term

It is really a different energy tempo

The difficult part is this:

Do you have a lot of energy right now, or very little?

Can you figure out where each part of your energy is coming from?

What comes from your nutrition?

What comes from unresolved emotions?

What comes from what you have consumed on social media?

Over time, you can learn to tell the difference.
