If I had to visualize ADD, it would look like this:

ADD
---------------------------------------- time
Thought – feeling – thought – feeling

The time in between new thoughts and feelings is shorter than for “regular” people. You switch faster.

Regular people
---------------------------------------- time
Thought – feeling

This is notoriously annoying when doing mundane tasks like 9–5 office work.

You start doing something, and five seconds later you are doing something completely different.

A good way to counter this is by living in two worlds at the same time. I partly work here, and I am always half fantasizing about something else. So I live in this world and in a parallel universe at the same time. I am always thinking about something else while doing my work.

Religion works very well for that, because it helps dictate the pace. By taking a moment of silence, for instance, you change the pacing of your thoughts and feelings.

Do you eat bread, or does the bread become you?

Life exists in every dimension possible.

You are both one person,

as a sum of parts simultaneously.

You are also the bread you have just eaten — or that bread is a percentage of you, temporary, in that dimension.

UFOs exist in some dimensions. A UFO is sometimes a shadow that is a part of us. A UFO is also in an energy state, since we move from state to state before observation.

Why Some People Seem to Have Paranormal Abilities

We've been stealing from you left, right, and center. Everything contains information. If I eat meat, I get a lot of indirect information about the cow I have eaten — for instance, whether it was healthy or whether it lived under a lot of stress. Besides meat, there are millions of things that tell us something about the past state of something else. This game is about paying attention.

How thoughts work
A thought exists on a line.
A thought is not a loose, separate thing.

Pay close attention to how sound enters your head.

It falls from different angles into a black box.

You eat bread.
What happens?
In one dimension, you feed yourself.
In another dimension, the bread becomes you.
Both coexist at the same time.

Does the past still exist?
Yes, in our memories.
We carry the past in a different energy state.

The distance between two points on Earth can be greater than the distance between Earth and the farthest planet.
Distance is not something spread evenly.
Our universe gives us these beautiful metaphors—like people living on the same planet yet living as if they were on different ones, which in a way they are. And that is sad.

This is also how life started — in multiple dimensions simultaneously.

Another analogy: we humans go through experiences. We carry the past in our heads, yet besides that, there is only the present. So the past and present coexist simultaneously, but in different energy states. The start of the universe must have been a little like that; otherwise, you can’t move forward in time. To go forward in time, you have to carry the past with you. In the same way, our universe carries its own past.
