Nothing Is Binary

We look at it binary.

Either you have ADHD or you don't.

We have to look at it as if it's fluid.

Some people have a lot of ADHD during a small portion of the day.

Some people are a little bit more excited during the whole day.

But nobody has ADHD when you do what you love.

You only have ADHD in the eyes of others. The restlessness is only a problem when the rest of the people force you to slow down.

Things like impulsiveness are not wrong. They're very arbitrary. From the eyes of somebody who is impulsive, you appear to be indecisive. It's perspective.

Then it becomes something like:

"Do you have ADHD?"

"Yes, but it's only a problem a small part of the day. It's manageable."
