Stopping smoking, you can’t do. What does it look like? Trying not to think about smoking? Are you sitting on a chair?

If you want to fix a mental condition, it’s good to face your problems, but you also have to learn to do other things simultaneously as well. The happiest person in the world sometimes thinks about mental problems, but is also doing a lot of other things during the day.
