Elke momentopname die je maakt van de realiteit, haal je het leven eruit. Het is een beetje alsof je steeds een foto maakt van een hartslag. Op elke individuele foto is er geen leven, geen hartslag. Maar het is er wel.

Every snapshot you take of reality strips the life out of it. It's a bit like taking a photo of a heartbeat, over and over. In each individual photo, there is no life, no heartbeat. But it's there.

It's about what makes you unique—how you, specifically, respond to different situations.

Everything is so generic, yet no two people are even close to being the same.

I know that, personally, I need peace and quiet in my mind by 11 p.m.

Two things are important for you. Every moment you don't feel well, immediately check: 1) food and 2) water. It's too tempting to try to solve things in other ways.

Point 2: listen to that inner feeling, your intuition. You know what I mean.
