The art of “repairing” psychological illnesses is first figuring out exactly what you are doing wrong.

For example, you might always respond to the same emotions in exactly the same rhythm. You can observe this pattern in yourself and then change it.

For me, it goes like this:

  1. Fear comes up.

  2. I push it away.

  3. I solve it.

Something like that.

You can find this rhythm within yourself and then make adjustments to it.

If it doesn’t feel right, then something isn’t right. You need to think about what it is and find a way to solve it.
