It is all true.

They are all right.

Things only unfold in one way.

There may be parallel universes, but they exist beforehand — not simultaneously.

If you could truly predict the future, you wouldn’t need probability.

Why this matters

  1. Choice exists, and so does freedom. It is not deterministic.

  2. If you believe parallel worlds exist, your relative value decreases. That is dangerous. If you assume one life, one universe, you can assign the proper value to it.

Believing in parallel universes is the same as believing in heaven. You diminish yourself by assuming that something else exists alongside your infinitely valuable life.

The pros always try to get their bodies into as many different states as possible.

  • A psychotic state

  • An anorexic state

  • A stable state

  • An unstable state

  • A naive state

This is an amazing journey. By experiencing different states, different levels of health, and different types of people (moving up and down through the hierarchy), you discover unbelievable things.

It is virtually impossible to understand what a psychosis is without ever having had one.
