I’m secretly looking forward to it a little. Then we’ll be rid of these feelings.

Most of it is learned, like a mechanical switch in your voice. The electrical tension is where the power is.

Don't have children; you feel bad too much of the time.

If you throw up, you do

If I can't feel the tear

Sometimes I can't feel the tear anymore. Then I don't know how to cry. It's like I forgot. I no longer know where my feelings are at that moment.

I feel bad, restless, and sad a lot of the time.

I am going to write down my internal conversation so I know what goes on inside me.

My body hurts. Maybe I worked out too many times. I promised myself this morning not to get distracted from my goals. But I did.

I am very afraid of being understimulated, and I end up in a loop of convincing myself of things and not recognizing the underlying feeling anymore.

Sometimes I am so understimulated that I am tired, and then I am afraid to fall asleep at work. I feel like I have tried everything, but I feel so bad. I want to get rid of this feeling, but it keeps coming back. Maybe I am scared of the overwhelm and that this feeling will keep coming back, and that I will show vulnerability. The feeling keeps coming back.

If life is meant to be like this, I don't know. Maybe I am going to fall asleep at work. The shame.

Let the feeling come. Don't be afraid of the feeling. If you throw up, you throw up.

Intuition is a very specific feeling within yourself. Intuitive thinking is something you can learn. It’s more like, “I feel that there is something there, but I am not sure what,” kind of vibes. Intuition, therefore, is more like a motion instead of a definite answer. Intuition does not give you a literally correct answer that you can verbalize. It’s more or less a pointer.

Sometimes people are so critical of themselves with every step they take that they become completely paralyzed. Everything you do, every step, every calculation, every word has to be perfect. That can be paralyzing. At some point, you no longer dare to do anything.

Acceptance is more like this: we’re already in hell, at the lowest point. So we might as well make the best of it from here.

The impact of emotional choices on your physical health is enormous. Way bigger than you would think it is. The inability to stand up for yourself can literally make you sick. I know it because I have made this mistake. You get physical sickness, but since nobody can find anything wrong, you get labelled with a mental illness.
