The body works in a simple way. If someone comes along with something that isn’t simple, then something in their logic is wrong.
You should never lose that feeling of being outside all day, just strolling the streets.
A piece of confidence. I think that’s the most important thing for the brain and body.
Self-confidence that you slowly build up. You don’t get that with diagnoses at a young age.
How Moses split the ocean
When you take a step,
your energy and your thoughts shift to the left or right (the center of gravity).
Just try it.
A body basically works
in a very simple way.
Sounds (how the sound falls)
Those tears are important. It’s not normal to never cry.
Skipping beats
You might not realize it, but you have a constant choice within yourself.
Do I pick a good feeling, or a bad one?
I mean, not everything is given. But when it comes to recalling things that have happened in the past, it’s tempting to only go for the good vibes. And to skip bad feelings.
It works. For a while. And then the bad feelings stack, and everything collapses.
Therefore, I always go for the strategy of picking bad feelings and dark thoughts within myself first. It’s not that I always can do that: some situations are given. But when I feel I have the choice, I always go for the darkest side within myself. I go for the tears and the regret and the sadness.
The thing with consciousness is that it’s not there all the time. You are not constantly aware of your heartbeat. You are not constantly aware of gravity. You are not constantly aware of your dark side. But when you are, you have a choice.
