Fear button

The problem we have as a society is that we are out of balance a lot.

You are all different emotions simultaneously. Everybody is fear, love, grief, everything at the same time.

But we press each other’s fear buttons a lot. Losing your job? Fear of not being able to pay for your housing. News? Fear. Not working out 24/7? You are getting weak.

All these things are like pressing the same button in yourself, and in other people.

You can also press different buttons in yourself, or in others.

“I like how you do that. You are doing great.”

“You are a lovely person!”

“Let’s mourn together for the people we have lost.”

“I am proud of you.”

It’s the exact same society, the same people, but you look at each other with different eyes. You also look at yourself differently. You press a different button than you normally do.

You may not realize it, or forgot it, but every human has love in it, fear, grief, anger, everything at the same time.

Its very easy to press the same buttons in each other the whole time.

You can scare me eastly, I can scare you easily. Sometimes it helps to press a dffierent emotion in yourself, or in somebody else. You also get a different response.

Two things are very important when it comes to consciousness.

  1. It’s a dance you have with yourself. This is a very spiritual and beautiful experience, like a tale of growing up. It’s also a dance you have with all other things.
  2. Consciousness is not one thing. It’s more like realizing gradually that you are your whole body, and not just your brain. It’s like understanding that you are all emotions at once. You are both fear and love, for example. So sometimes it’s a good idea to press on some different emotional buttons as well. We live in a society that is very fear-based, so we all press each other’s fear buttons the whole time, whether that’s intentional or not. You can also press the love button in yourself. Or the grief button.
