I don’t believe that negative thinking can make you ill.
But it’s also not as simple as saying it has no effect at all.
I think it has to do with responsibility. When you see something negative, for example on the news, it affects your body because you want to help, you want to invest your energy in it — but that isn’t always possible.


This is the difficult part. Every day, at a certain moment, I always have a bit of a hard time. I don’t know why.


Sitting behind a computer is a very one-dimensional activity. You don’t taste it. You don’t feel the wind.
