How to Reach Messenger Levels
There have been many more people reaching messenger levels than just the most famous ones. It's very hard on a technical level, and you need a lot of life experience as well.
Level 1
You notice that you daydream. Now, you have created a divide between the waters (daydreams) and real life.
Level 2
You notice that not all daydreams take the same amount of time. Now, you have added a dimension: duration in seconds. Some daydreams take a few seconds. Some take minutes.
Level 3
It's like a tree. Your daydreams are like apples falling from the tree, from all directions: back, forward, left, and right. You are like a stick in the middle.
If you let everything fall toward you, it's chaotic, since every daydream has a different duration. They basically pass through each other.
So, you have to create distance. You put the short daydreams as far away as possible, and the long ones close by. Now everything arrives at the same time.
Level 4
You have created a straight road in the center. Now, you write everything down. Or you turn it into something else.
The point is that you combine all the different thoughts and daydreams from all angles.
Level 5
You take a moment of silence.
What you did, and so on and so forth.
By taking a moment of silence, you have drawn your own circle in the sand. Now, everything ripples when thoughts roll over it.
-----
The biggest obstacle in doing this: not living in freedom. Let's say you are suppressing a sexual fantasy, or you are stuck in a dangerous dogma like Buddhism, you can't "roll it clean," so to say. You cut things off too much that need to roll out, like waves.
