A feeling temporarily lights up the inside of your body.
The inside of your body becomes visible.
All religious scriptures speak of this. “In the beginning, there was light.”
It lights up.
A camera floats around you, explaining your inner world.

That thing is called consciousness.

You are responsible for all your thoughts — the good ones and the bad ones.
You are also responsible for all the good feelings and all the bad feelings within yourself.
So not just the good stuff — both.

Seeing yourself as responsible radically changes how you look at the world.
Suddenly, you can take action. It's yours. Not somebody else's — yours.

Life is the easiest thing in the world, and life is the biggest wonder ever.

Math

Math is a language, but it's a little bit flawed.
1 + 1 = not solvable in real life.
0.5 × 0.5 does not exist.
Exact shapes do not exist.

So, does math exist?
Yes and no.
Just like religion — it exists, but it doesn’t.

The real problem with consciousness is that you wouldn’t believe it in a million years. It's spectacular.

Negative thinking doesn't exist
Why would anyone try to think positively? You only do that when something else is going on.
Imagine this: the sun is shining, you feel good, you're on a boat. You're having an amazing day. Would you try to think positively then? Of course not.
You only try to think positively when something unpleasant is happening. That's why trying to think positively is a bad idea.
You might think that negative thinking is bad for you. Or you think that annoying memory from the past is going to ruin your day. Or you think that daydreaming pulls you away from the here and now. Nonsense, all of it.

The confusion is that thinking about something unpleasant seems negative. But it’s not. In fact, it’s healthy. It’s good to think about something unpleasant and then do something with it.
